I am a huge fan of personal projects because they bring a unique joy to the person who is doing the project as well as to a larger audience. When a personal project documents the love between a dog and humans, it will speak to me. I was so excited when I found Ty Foster’s Dogs Ink project and even happier when he said I could share it with the Daily Dog Tag readers.
From Ty: “The concept of the project is basically to showcase the relationship between a tattooed owner and their dog. We all know there are plenty of breeds who have negative connotations associated with them, and most often, someone who has a lot of tattoos has some kind of pre-judgment applied to them. This simply isn’t true, and while doing this project, I’ve met some amazing people and some pretty radical dogs as well.”
You should definitely head to Ty’s blog, Facebook page, and the Dogs Ink gallery for more awesome dog stories!
