Agility training and competition is something that both dogs and humans seem to really love. One day I need to see a competition in person. Maybe I’ll get lucky and see this little guy (all grown up) in action. Leigh Demshar from Chewbone Studio photographed this handsome pup in her studio.
From Leigh: “Ramona, who is a friend of mine, as well as our agility trainer, brought her new family addition to the studio for a puppy portrait shoot. At 9 weeks old, Butler already knows a few commands and was super fun to work with. Who doesn’t love a little puppy breath in the morning? It was a pleasure to have Butler, a 9 week Golden Retriever, at the studio for his Chewbone Studio portrait session. He was incredibly well behaved, and absolutely adorable (as you can tell).”
From Ramona: “I’ve had multiple breeds and rescues but my favorite is a Golden Retriever. Butler is my 4th golden retriever. The most loyal best friends I’ve ever had has been ones with fur. They love us no matter what faults we have and are always there to bring a smile to our face especially when we need it most.
I have met hundreds of people who share my love of dogs through training classes and showing in agility. Agility is a game to play and bond with your dog and hopefully in a couple years Butler and I will be going to shows and having fun running around together.
Our hearts feel empty after the loss of a dog and what better way to fill it than to get another one to love?”
