I love getting cards of any type, but, ones that have a pet on them are among my favorites. So I was happy to see these photos by Jasmine Rose Photography. She took these during a recent holiday mini session.
From Jasmine: “Christmas is a time a year for giving! I have some of the most wonderful clients in the world. I can’t tell you how excited I was when my clients started to bring their pets to my Christmas Mini Shoot. After rescuing Harvey, ‘ little brown dog’ from our farm, I am a big dog person. The joy that I see when he and my son play together is heartwarming.
After listening to stories about my client’s pets. I thought I would share some.
A touching story about the black lab Zoey, her master is overseas serving in the military; this shoot was a present for him.
Next, is Curtis the Boxer. He’s been a very loyal pet for the eight plus years. You can tell by the pictures of him how much his family adores him.
And then there was the prissy poodle Pippa. She came dressed to impress, and she stole the shoot. Pippa was so photogenic; I loved to take their Christmas pictures this year!
Jax is the other Boxer. He’s such a strong dog! Our cat Shutter decided that she was going to photobomb our shoot, once Jax got a sniff of her he was all about meeting our cat!”
Do you take an annual family photo for holiday cards? Personally, I think it would such a great way to document the years.
