There is a good chance you’ll recognize Spencer, the Goldendoodle. In addition to being featured on the Daily Dog Tag previously, Spencer is an influencer in his own right. Being in the public eye means he needs a lot of good photos. So Spencer had a session with Cahlean from About A Dog Photography. Spencer always looks sharp and brought along several bowties. They found a lot of great murals in Minneapolis for this photoshoot.
From Cahlean: “Our session took place downtown Minneapolis in the very early morning hours and featured as many murals as we could find! A little five-minute rain didn’t deter us in the least!
Spencer and River were quite the duo and up for the early morning adventure in Minneapolis. I met Spencer years ago at a dog event, and it was a treat to work with him in a real session.
We made it through a planned list of murals. However, we were sidetracked by a teenie weenie cloud that poured on us like a big storm. Afterward, we found new murals that hadn’t been on the list. It was a grand way to start the morning!
This year marks year number six of photographing dogs as About A Dog Photography. It is awesome to be able to capture the story of the dogs and their families through classic, vibrant, and playful images.”

When Cahlean asked where I wanted our photo session, I immediately pitched her the idea of traveling around Minneapolis and capturing many of the iconic murals. My daughter is a huge fan of golden doodles. I believe it is the largest dog I would have in my home. Super cute and the ones I have met are super nice.
Golden doodles are so interesting looking. So big but with all those curls. Cut short like that really makes him look cute.
