There’s a special bond between a girl and her dog. Training a dog is one of the best ways to strengthen a relationship, and that’s precisely what Kya and her dog, Tux the Chihuahua have done. If you have ever thought that small dogs are just “purse dogs,” you might be surprised to see the active lifestyle Tux leads. Thanks to Trina Bauer Photography for sharing this dog friendly senior portrait session.
From Trina: “When Tux entered Kya’s life, they weren’t sure he would make a great match because he was socially challenged. With a lot of patience and training, he overcame his challenges and became an AKC champion.
He also competes in agility, rally and barn hunt, earning several titles along the way.
He has been Kya’s faithful friend, always by her side especially when school was stressful. Because of this, she wanted to include him in her senior photos. She has learned a lot from her training sessions together.”

I love that Tux has broken stereotypes of small dogs and that he was over to overcome his social issues! Go Tux!
