Todd the Corgi and Inuk the Pomeranian wore their best bowties for this cute family photo session with Madison Robertson Photography in Kingston, Ontario. Todd’s smile could light up a room.
From Madison: “This beautiful couple and their two dogs, Todd and Inuk, haven’t had pictures together before. On a beautiful October day, just after the first snowfall, we ventured out to Vadnerwater Conservation Area in Belleville, Ontario to spend a fun afternoon running around with the pups. Their love for each other and their small family was evident in our time together!
From Madison: “This beautiful couple and their two dogs, Todd and Inuk, haven’t had pictures together before. On a beautiful October day, just after the first snowfall, we ventured out to Vadnerwater Conservation Area in Belleville, Ontario to spend a fun afternoon running around with the pups. Their love for each other and their small family was evident in our time together!
From the couple: “These two dogs have brought more joy to our lives then we could ever imagine. Inuk (the blue merle Pomeranian.) came into my life well I was in college. He was three years old at the time and had been seized by the SPCA from his previous owner along with another dog. Unfortunately, due to behaviours of the other dog, they were both transferred to a smaller foster-based rescue called Roxie’s Legacy. This is where I found this perfect bundle of fluff. After seeing just a photo, I knew I had to meet this cutie, and it was love at first sight. After spending the last seven years with him, I can honestly say he has made the quality of my life a thousand times better. Suffering from mental illness is never easy but having the most intuitive dog has made my world that much easier.
After finding the most perfect dog, you would think I would stop there, but almost two years ago my boyfriend and I decided to grow our family. With him insisting on a puppy and my love for corgis we welcomed a little five pound Pembroke welsh corgi puppy named Todd into our family. With corgis being hard to find in shelters here in Canada we adopted Todd from an amazing breeder. Todd has brought a whole other aspect to our lives. This bundle of joy has grown into one of the most loving and hilarious dogs I know. He has so much personality and joy that you can’t help but smile around him. He has made life that much more enjoyable and really brought out Inuk’s playful side. 
Some people may call them just pets, but to us, they are members of the family, they are our children, and we couldn’t imagine life without them.”
