Happy Tails: Bechler and Milly

Even though it seems a little early for fall, I am so  inspired by this terrific family photo session (with dogs) from Allison Mannella Photography.  Sharing the spotlight are Milly, a Golden Retriever puppy, and Bechler, a super handsome rescue.

From Allison:  “This couple, Zack and Erin, chose to include their dogs in a recent family portrait session. Bechler is their sweet rescue dog, who battles severe separation anxiety, and Milly is their loving golden retriever puppy.  

The family enjoyed a rare Saturday off together – Erin is a nurse and Zack was in his final semester at Duke Unviersity’s Fuqua School of Business – and I captured their family photos in the cold fall sunshine at Eno River State Park.

I was so happy to be able to capture not only a quintessential family shot, but also the dogs in their natural state – with Becheler snuggling with his mom and Milly being far more interested in the falling leaves.”

From Erin:  “Allison did such a phenomenal job with our family photo shoot as we had recently added the golden retriever to our family and we needed a Christmas card!  Millie is the Golden Retriever – she is about 4 months old in the photos and has a wonderful puppy spirit.

Bechler is the black and tan boy – he is 4 years old in these photos.

He is a “Shepherd Mix” of some sorts, he is only 25lbs and is the sweetest companion. We rescued him from Wright Way Rescue in Niles, IL.”
