I don’t know how Boston Terriers pack so much personality and attitude into relatively compact bodies, but they are impossible to ignore. They look ready for a black tie event one moment, completely comical the next, and then instantly cuddly. Hannele Lahti, a Dog Photographer, captured so many perfect moments with her two Boston Terriers.
From Hannele: “These are my own dogs and were adopted from the Boston Terrier Rescue of East TN.
The male is named Murray and we adopted him when he was 9, he’s now 14. The female is Annie, she was our first dog and we adopted her when she was about a year old. She will be 9 this spring. “
There are more photos of Annie and Murray in Hannele’s project The Bostons. You can see more of Hannele’s dog photography by liking A Dog Photographer on Facebook and following her on Instagram.
About Hannele Lahti, A Dog Photographer: Hannele is based in northern VA and offers dog photography for personal collections and campaigns. She is a National Geographic creative photographer. Hannele also photographs adoptable dogs for City Dog Rescue.

These photos are incredible, I especially love the second and third pics! Kudos to Hannelle for rescuing her Bostons, especially a senior dog. I love that she adopted a 9 year old dog that is now 14; what a great testimonial for adopting senior dogs! She could run a campaign on that w/ some of her amazing photos of the dog (-:

I agree completely Cathy!

I don’t know why Boston’s seem to have so much personality either – but they always do. And this sweet pair is certainly no exception. I know I shouldn’t love a cone of shame shot but it’s truly priceless with that face.

Love these pics! The one of them sleeping together is precious. I see a theme that our Boston babies all love their toys.
