I treasure the candid photos of my kids and dogs just being themselves. You can imagine how  delighted I was when Lauren Weeks sent me this adorable shot of her toddler and dog sneaking some animal crackers.

From Lauren: “About a year ago heard a noise coming from the kitchen.  I grabbed my camera and sneaked around the corner to find that my son had somehow gotten the ziplock bag of animal crackers off the counter.   Miles, our beloved Mini-Schnauzer was there to help with the loot.”
