Ivy the Australian Shepherd Mix joined her family for some great engagement photos in Lincoln Park with Ashley Hamm Photography. Mimi and Michael adopted Ivy from Paws Chicago.
From Ashley: “These two definitely tugged at my heartstrings during our afternoon together. From spending some quality time with their adorable pooch to watching the sunset at the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pond, these two were a joy to capture.”
From Mimi: “We adopted Ivy when she was about three months old. We’re big Chicago Cubs fans, and Wrigley Field has an iconic wall of ivy lining the outfield – hence how she got her name. She has always been such a calm and obedient dog. When we lived in Chicago, she loved swimming in Lake Michigan at the Montrose Dog Beach. She loves chewing on sticks and loves making new dog friends. She also LOVES to sit by the window and just watch her surroundings. She’s really such a good dog and we are so lucky to have her.”
