Champ, the English Labrador, might have stolen the show in these engagement portraits by Christen Jones Photography, but that’s okay with all the parties involved.
From Christen: “Rachel and Wesley’s dog is a White English Labrador Retriever named Champ. (His middle name is Chunkerton because he was the biggest ‘chunk’ out of the litter!)
Wesley gave him to Rachel when he proposed at Christmas. She had always wanted a white lab, and he’s been the best dog!”
From Rachel: “Champ loves to nap and thinks he is a lap dog. He’s never had a bathroom accident in our house. Thankfully, he also has never chewed on mommy and daddy’s shoes or furniture (record breaker!)
He likes to wear bandanna’s on the weekends, swim at his grandparent’s pool and play with all the dogs at the Shelby Farm dog park.”

Wow…Champ really is a chunk…or should I say a hunka, hunka love. This couple is so lucky to have him in their lives:-). I love the way the sun shines through the trees in one of the pictures. This couple is going to be blessed with sunshine and love.
