There are so many things to love about this blush and white dog-friendly wedding! Of course, my favorite part is the fact that the couple’s dogs were at the wedding. But the details are also stunning! Leyna the German Shorthaired Pointer, and Scout, the Yellow Lab wore floral collars since they were part of the wedding party. Wild Hill Flowers & Events did a beautiful job with the event planning and flowers, and Jessica from epagaFOTO captured it all.
From Jessica: “Rebecca and Jeremy share a love for many things, their dogs and each other in particular. Not only did they each get ready with their wedding party, but they each had one of their dogs with them—as their dogs were the ring bearers! Rebecca’s wedding dresses changed as the day progressed, and Jeremy shed his coat as the summer sun warmed the day. This picturesque ranch was the perfect setting for a couple who loves the outdoors.”
From: Rebecca: “When we started planning our wedding, it was an obvious choice for our two dogs to be a part of our wedding day. They are an integral part of our lives.
The Yellow Lab is Scout; she is 14 years old. She loves being outside, waterfowl hunting, and traveling with Jeremy.
The German Shorthaired Pointer is six, her name is Leyna, she also loves hunting, snuggling, swimming, and her blankets.
The inspiration behind our wedding was to make it a true representation of who Jeremy and I were as a couple. We love the outdoors, we love simplicity, and most of all we love our dogs. So we needed a venue that encompassed all of those things. So we found Buffalo Lodge in Kingsville, MO. It was perfect for the vision I had of our day. I wanted to keep the décor as simple as possible; clean white linens, wood elements, greenery with white flowers, and hints of blush and gold throughout.

The flower collars for the fur babies is a really special touch. Two different breeds but they look and go together so well. Very beautiful photos.

The pictures are stunning, and love they included their dogs in all aspects of the wedding. Why not, they’re family!! I know of someone’s daughter who recently got married and included their dog, not something done in that community and boy were tongues wagging (no pun intended).
Hopefully, more people in that community will be inspired to include their dogs, now that they’ve seen it done.
