Stanley, the French Bulldog, brought his A game to this styled shoot, as did all the vendors! Natalie from Landrum Photography took so many beautiful photos of this event, that it was really hard to choose which ones to share. Nicole from Sirpillas Soirees is the wedding planner who organized this event. Having your dog at the wedding is a great idea, after all, dogs are family! From Furever & Fur Always: “Stanley was an amazing choice fur this rustic inspired shoot at the Bohemia Overlook. His neutral and earthy coloring was perfect fur those golden hour portraits. And his cute smushy face was definitely an added bonus. This Frenchie was made fur the model life with the help of some treats and toys. What made it even more special was his model parents, Laurie and Adam, are actually his real-life parents too who just recently tied the knot!”
From Adam and Laurie: “When we went to go ‘look’ at French Bulldog puppies, Stanley stole our hearts immediately. As soon as he saw us he ran to us and jumped on Laurie and started kissing her and biting her hair! Then he slept the whole ride in her arms. When we finally got home, there was a mound of toys three times his size and his very own Stanley Cup. (He is named after the Stanley Cup.) His favorite toys are his squeaky squirrels and anything with a rope. He also likes: bark box, weekend mornings of scrambled eggs and bacon, chasing squirrels, daily dog park visits, waking up mommy by sitting on her head, playing Wrestlemania with daddy, and watching TV.
He doesn’t like scary movies (he doesn’t like it when mom is scared), loud bangs, and rainy days.
We live in the city of Baltimore very close to many small shops. Stanley has become quite the talk of the town. On our daily walk, he makes a point to stop at the cupcake shop & laundry mat hoping he’ll be greeted with a doggie treat and some pets. His modeling career includes daily photos on Mom’s i-phone, and he was at our wedding.
Fun Facts About Stanley:
- Stanley is an April fools puppy!
- He watches television and every time he notices a dog he puts his nose right up to the television.
- Whenever we wrestle/rough house he sounds off this gremlin growl, definitely all bark & no bite.
- He hates bullies, he’s always protecting the little dogs at the dog park if they are being picked on. Even if the dog is three times his size.”
If a dog isn’t attending the reception, care providers like Tiffany and Tehya from Furever & Fur Always will safely transport the dog back home, so family and friends don’t have to miss any of the festivities.
