I’m always happy to feature an adoptable dog since I know they can make amazing companions! Jamie Claus from Count It Joy Photography took these gorgeous photos of Levi, a handsome Basset Hound/Labrador mix.
Levi is five years old and weighs about 55 pounds. He gets along with other dogs, cats and kids! Levi was pulled from a high kill shelter and is currently being fostered in Huntsville, AL, but he can be adopted to other regions.
I love his little short legs! They totally remind me of Theo!
I hope you’ll share this handsome and happy guy and help him find a forever home!
Friends of Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit, non-breed-specific dog and cat rescue in North Alabama. All of our animals are placed in foster homes and are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting Levi, the first step is to fill out an adoption application! You can see more adoptable pet on Petfinders and on Friends Of Rescue (FOR) Facebook page. Remember when you adopt a dog from a Rescue it often opens up a spot for another pet sitting in a high kill shelter.
