I always like to start the week with a smile, and this pup-friendly session is perfect! Fallon is an adorable miniature Australian Shepherd. She joined her humans for a lovely dog-friendly photo session with Dennis from Charleston Photo Art.
From Alexus: “My boyfriend, Ivey, and I picked her name together on our anniversary. We picked from a list of five names, and both wrote out our favorite name and showed each other. We both picked ‘Fallon,’ so Fallon she became.
Fallon loves ice. We give her an ice cube after each walk, and she crunches away! She loves tug-of-war and fetch. She runs so fast, and despite her small size, she is actually pretty strong.
We love going on walks and car rides together. We can tell she’s growing up because she no longer likes sitting in her car seat and will try to sit up front to get a better view out the window.
Fallon likes to walk on the beach and eat the sand, but she is still warming up to the water. When Fallon is older, we plan on taking her on hiking trips with us.
Fallon has a sweet personality. She likes to be picked up and will stand on two paws to show me when she wants to be picked up.
Fallon’s funniest moments are when she gets the zoomies! She’ll just run circles around our place. She’s small enough to fit under the couch and bed, so she’ll run under those too!
The most rewarding part of this journey with Fallon is watching her grow up. She’s the first dog I’ve had, and it makes us really proud when she learns her commands and new tricks. When we first got her, she was 2 pounds, and now she’s 7! We feel like we’re watching her get bigger and smarter every week.”
