This couple found the perfect location for their dog-friendly wedding, in a beautifully wooded area in Duluth, Minnesota. A loving couple, pink details, lovely florals, gorgeous woods, and two cute pups were the perfect subjects for Twin Cities wedding photographer, Jeannine Marie.
From Jeannine: “Hailey and Brady tied the knot at The Little Cloquet Cove, a woodsy, backyard wedding venue owned by Hailey’s mom along the river. When it came to planning their big day, they agreed Hailey’s mom’s backyard would be the perfect wedding location. After all, it’s where Hailey grew up, and it is 10 acres of natural beauty! To make it even extra special, Hailey’s mom officiated.
I always ask my couples what they love the most about their relationship, and I adore how Hailey and Brady responded. They both answered that it’s how well they work together. Hailey and Brady are strong teammates building a love, as well as a future, together. They can always count on the other.
Hailey and Brady included their pups, Koda and Sully, in the wedding party.
Koda is a three-year-old black and white German Shorthair Pointer Mix. Sullivan, aka Sully, is one ½-year-old tan and fawn Cane Corso mix. Koda joined their family as a puppy when another family’s dog surprisingly had eight puppies. She loves to play fetch and go swimming. Sully was adopted from Animal Allies in Duluth, MN, where Hailey worked. Hailey and Brady picked out Sully together. He loves napping and squirrels!
“Hailey and Brady chose to have Koda and Sully in their wedding because they are a large part of their family. They are their ‘fur babies,’ and they didn’t want to exclude them on their special day. There was no question they would be involved in the wedding, so Koda was their flower girl, and Sully was their ring bearer.
