I’m constantly adding to my bucket list of places I want to see, and now thanks to Courtney Kammers Photography, Lenore, Idaho, is on the list! Courtney photographed Laney, James, and their adorable dog, Grizz, in a gorgeous location!
From Courtney: “When Laney and I were setting up her engagement photos, she double-checked that Grizz, their puppy, could join us. A few days before the session, she told me that Grizz had to have a small surgical procedure, and the vet had shaved his hair a little. I was worried about the editing process, but OH MY GOSH, I fell so in love with their puppy, and the haircut was no issue. This little family is so cute, and I am so excited about their upcoming wedding!”
From Laney: “Meet Grizz aka Griswald, Grizzle, Mr. Grizz, and Mr. Grinch, but don’t let the name fool you! Even though he is small, he thinks he’s as tough as a grizzly bear. Grizz has the best personality a dog can have. From the sweet snuggles to the best greetings when we come home, Grizz has no bad days. Very few people can walk past him without saying hello and commenting on how stinking cute he is. 
When he was a puppy, multiple people actually thought he was a teddy bear. He is everyone’s best friend and constantly meets new people and other dogs as we travel for work. Grizz has lots of girlfriends.
Grizz is not afraid of anything and thinks he is pretty tough. In fact, most of his best paw pals are large dogs, as they wrestle, run, and play together constantly. He is never scared of them, even when they play rough. Grizz turns one this September and has already lived in five different states. Grizz absolutely loves his pool, doing tricks for treats, little kids, snuggling, and meeting new friends.”

These are such great photos. My dog was at my wedding twenty years ago and it was kind of weird in those days to my guests. I am glad to see more people doing this these days, it’s such a special day for the whole family.

That is a great exercise. Dogs have a lot of the same feelings as people.
