I always encourage people to get lots of photos of their puppy, because puppyhood flies by so fast! Jenn from designs Hobby Photography added a new pup to their family last spring, and I shared some of her Daisy’s puppy photos. Daisy is all grown up now, and she celebrated her first birthday with a studio session complete with a fun garland, awesome hat, and, of course, a cake smash!
From Jenn: “How fast the year has gone by! Daisy is still super sweet, goofy, and still a bit lazy at times. But she loves to play ball or frisbee with my six-year-old twins in the backyard! Daisy is also your typical stick loving dog! She actually prefers sticks to play with a ball.
For her birthday, we set up a cake smash for her. 
My girls and I made her a dog-friendly cake, blew up some balloons, and customized her party hat to feature a Daisy that we used from Daisy’s 1st photoshoot. Daisy somehow knew it was her birthday and LOVED us singing Happy Birthday to her!
Our 14-year-old chocolate lab (Daisy’s actual great aunt) even joined in for some cake.”
