Rupert, the Standard Poodle fit in perfectly with the elegance of Chateau Cocomar. Although it has a European ambiance, this chateau is located in Houston, Texas.
From Sonia: “C. Baron Photography loves dogs – so much so that we are named after two of them! Charlie and Baron were childhood dogs that claimed our hearts. The poodle in this elegant bridal session is Rupert. He was adopted from the Poodle Rescue of Houston. He’s such a great best friend we knew immediately that we wanted to take photos of him alongside a bride. 
It was only fitting that we chose a place as elegant looking as him!
Rupert is a six-year-old extra-large standard poodle. Unfortunately, his original owner had to surrender him to a local poodle rescue. He was only there for a day – we knew he had to join our family.
He loves the beach and hanging out with his kitty family.”

These pictures are stunning! We got married at a resort up where I’m from originally (approximately 6-7 hours away from where I live now) so our dogs weren’t with us for our big day. That being said, that’s the one regret that I have… I wish I had wedding photos with the pups in them. Especially now that we have had to say goodbye to our girl Chloe and the Dav dog is starting to get older. However, we have done many family photo sessions since to make up for it!
