Sadly, Sugar crossed the Rainbow Bridge last week. She was 15 years old and lived a full life. Although I never met Sugar, thanks to her mom, Rosalyn Acero, I feel like I did. Her smile made me smile. Her Instagram photos made me think that Sugar had a sense of humor and really loved life. She saw more of the world and had more adventures than a lot of people I know.
Their blog is full of uplifting stories and reminders to smile, see the good in things in life, and to be kind.
And while I know that the people who loved Sugar best are heartbroken, I am grateful that they shared her with the rest of us. We should all be so lucky to have a dog as sweet as Sugar.
In honor of Sugar, remember to smile, treat your dog well (preferably with bananas —Sugar’s favorite) and scoop that poop!
Sugar co-hosted the Tasty Tuesday blog hop with Kol’s Notes for a long time. Today is a special tribute to Sugar blog hop. Feel free to join and please visit the other blogs.
Sugar was indeed a special one and my Dad got to hug her several times. We know how sad her Mom and Dad are, and we totally understand.
This is a lovely tribute to Sugar. We shall share banana treats all around in a toast to her sweet, gentle spirit.
Sugar will definitely be missed! She touched the lives of many. This was a wonderful tribute.
We were so sorry to hear about Sugar.
Super sweet way to remember Sugar….she was one special woofie
This is really sweet and I only met Sugar briefly at BlogPaws but felt like I knew her for sure from FB. I will miss those posts for sure.
