Today I’m sharing one of my favorite sessions from a few years ago. I feel confident that if you’ve seen Porter’s photos before, you won’t mind seeing them again! Porter is a handsome dog with an air of dignity, but also really loves his ball! A huge thanks to Patrick and Trisha Hadley from StudioFido for sharing this great session!
From Trisha: “Porter is an 8 year old Black Lab and the apple of his mum and dad’s eye. He is not crazy about wearing scarves for his pictures but his mum made him do it anyways. He is ball obsessed and upon seeing a ball forgot all about the stupid scarf.”
From Allison: “Porter leads a charmed life. He loves playing fetch and his favorite are green tennis balls. He will do anything for a treat. Recently he was put on a diet. He gets a “dessert” whenever he finishes his food. He also loves going for rides especially to any place that has a drive thru. He always thinks he’s going to get something from the person at the window! His mom was a good bird dog, she hunted pheasants. Porter was suppose to follow in her foot steps however, he’s gun shy. My husband wasn’t too pleased about this. He blames this all on me. He says that I turned him into a 80lb lap dog! He is also afraid of the vacuum, small spaces and plastic bags.”
Of course no StudioFido session would be complete without some good old fashioned running and playing, belly rubs and treats. And Porter enjoyed himself thoroughly.
