I’m in love with handsome Indy who along with his family were photographed by family and dog lifestyle photographer Annie Tao. I’m only sharing the photos of Indy, but please check out this great post where Annie explains her philosophy of lifestyle photography. I think this is why Annie’s photography resonates so well with fans. Her photos are more than just a candid slice of life, they are well thought out reflective pieces of art.
From Annie: “This shoot is of a modelesque family who loves sports and outdoor activities, so we spent the entire time in their backyard. Roughing it. Telling stories in a tree. Laughing. Throwing around a ball. Playing fetch with their dog, Indy.”
From Julie: “At the time Annie took the photos, Indy was a little over a year old. He is a very affectionate Boston Terrier. He loves to play fetch and wrestle with our kids’ stuffed animals. His name comes from the third Indiana Jones movie in which Sean Connery says to Harrison Ford, ‘Indy was the dog’s name!'”
I love his underbite and tiny sliver of white on his face.
