When I look at these photos of the adorable tripawd, Buddy Matteson, from Photography by Brittany, I can practically hear the theme song from the Mary Tyler Moore show.
“Who can turn the world on with her smile?
Who can take a nothing day, and suddenly make it all seem worthwhile?”
Only this time the answer is, of course, Buddy Matteson. This handsome tripawd seems to spread joy wherever he goes!
From Leah: “Buddy was probably about 3 when we took those pictures.
He is a rescue dog so breed unknown, but the humane society said beagle/pointer mix. He is our tri-pawed canine love! From the first day, we brought him home he has had us wrapped around his finger.
He has the best dog smile, he is always just the happiest dog, and makes friends easier than either of us!
Buddy loves to go on walks especially at the Fish Hatchery and spends most of his time outside patrolling the backyard for squirrels. I never really had a dog growing up. It wasn’t until we adopted Buddy that I really understood how much I could love a dog. Of course, I could go on and on about him for days. He really is like our child, and we cherish him every single day.“

Buddy is such a sweet dog. His smile is so big I honestly didn’t notice his leg missing until the second photo. It’s nice to see being a tripawd hasn’t dampened his spirit one bit. Lovely photo shoot.
