Beautiful scenery, a gorgeous dog, a great sign, and a happy couple make this Florida engagement session from Kenzie Rae Photography just perfect. It takes a lot to upstage a 100-year-old tree, but Nora, the Dalmatian, and her favorite people did just that. 
From Kenzie: “When you think of Florida, what do you think of? Oranges? Oak trees? Publix? Well, this engagement session has all of those!
When I first met Nick & Meredith in New Smyrna Beach for the wedding consultation, they told me all about their ‘Old Florida’ theme for their wedding. I tried to continue that theme into their engagement session as well.
They made a loooong 3.5-hour trek to one of my all-time favorite spots, Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. Nick and Meredith also brought along their ADORABLE Dalmatian, Nora, who was one and a half. 
We walked throughout the gardens finding all the best spots for photos ranging from beautiful crape myrtle-lined pathways, perfectly manicured rose gardens, and giant 100-year-old Oak Trees. All these were beautiful, but we knew something was missing, that perfect old Florida orange vibe, so off to Publix we went! We finished off our session in the Publix parking lot, and I don’t know just how much Florida this could have gotten. **CUE THE GATORS** just kidding guys, no gators this time.”
From Meredith: “Nora is almost as mischievous as she is intelligent. Just three days after her first birthday, she received her Canine Good Citizen Certification. 
She loves going to the dog park to play with all her friends, opening her BarkBox every month, and going on runs with her dad when she wakes up at 4 am every day.
Nora had a great time frolicking around Washington Oaks State Park and acting like a high-maintenance Hollywood Star for the camera!“

Nora looks so well behaved in these pics and is a gorgeous dog! We tried having a professional photographer take some family pictures with our Boxer puppy few months ago but she was just too excited and jumping all over the place.
