Pensacola photographer Allison Shamrell sent me this photo of a lovely eleven year old Golden Retriever. Kaylee is a secondhand dog. At 8 years of age she had a good life, but when her owner could no longer take care of her, it seemed that she might have to go to a shelter. Fortunately for Kaylee, her new family heard of her predicament and were able to take her in before she went into a shelter.
She is still living the good life and is very happy with her family. Kaylee not only fetches, she actually throws her own ball too! You can see more of Kaylee on Allison’s blog and facebook page.
