Although summer hasn’t officially started, I couldn’t wait to share this gorgeous fall engagement session from Nicole Jansma Photography. Quinn the mixed breed joined Megan and Nick for a lovely engagement session in Chicago’s Lincoln Park.
From Nicole: “Dramatic clouds, pops of fall color, earthy neutrals, and a special appearance by the sweetest pup made Megan and Nick’s engagement session one for the books! Chicago’s Lincoln Park was beautiful as ever with all the lovely rustic golden tones and some amazing pops of bright red and yellow. Early fall greens are nice, but when we get to this stage in the season, and everything becomes a bit more wheat-toned, that’s my sweet spot! Megan and Nick brought their sweet pup, Quinn. And oh my goodness, he was too cute for words! And quite the lover of being the center of attention. Lastly, if you’re bringing a dog to your session, do what these two did and bring a dog-sitter along!
I loved photographing this sweet duo (or trio if you’d like!) – they were so relaxed and comfortable and full of romance.”
From Megan and Nick: “Quinn, who we call our baby boy or little man, brings lots of joy to our lives. We adopted him from Jellystone Bark Rescue Rangers about seven years ago. He is always ready for an adventure, big or small, from a simple car ride to a Colorado two day hike. 
Quinn has a lot of attitude and is not afraid to speak his mind (bark loudly). He is extremely attached to us. For example, during our engagement shoot, he became very upset whenever we took a picture without him. His loves in life are cuddling, eating, and barking in no particular order. We could not imagine our little family without him in it.”
