One of the perks of living in the Northeast is autumn. So many couples choose to have their engagement session in the fall to capture the beautiful foliage as well as this special time in their lives. Start with a pretty fall day, add a gorgeous couple, throw in a handsome dog and you have the recipe for a perfect engagement session. Thanks to Christopher Szulwach from The Story Photography for submitting this session via Two Bright Lights. Boone is a handsome Chesapeake Bay Retriever and is so important to Nina and Dan.
From Nina: “My fiance Dan got Boone from Texas. He is 2.5 years old and Dan picked him out because he wanted a dog to take duck hunting with him. He talked to the breeder and described his lifestyle to her and she picked Boone for us. He is an amazing duck dog and loves the water! When we go to the lake in the summer he will not come out of the water all day. We bring him on the boat with us and let him jump off and swim around. He is such a well behaved dog and gets very excited because he loves to play. He cant really have any toys because he ruins all of them so we only give him KONG toys to play with.
He is such a huge part of our lives and we definitely wanted him there for our engagement pictures and he will be in our wedding pictures also.”
I am looking forward to seeing their wedding photos! You can see more of this delightful engagement session on The Story Photography blog.
