My favorite Pug lover (my sister Alice) is celebrating her birthday today, so I thought it was a perfect day to share these awesome images that Pet Photographer Erin McNulty sent me of Granny Giggles’ tenth birthday.
Granny Giggles (don’t you just love her name?) has a lot to celebrate this year. While this is her tenth birthday, I am pretty sure it’s the first time anyone ever threw a party in her honor.
From Erin: “Granny Giggles was kept as a breeding dog in a puppy farm most of her life. She arrived at Saffron on the Hill severely underweight, malnourished, and with so little muscle mass that she could barely walk. Ten months of intensive TLC have seen her become a happy, healthy, and adored little dog. We decided that her tenth birthday couldn’t go by without a huge fuss, including liver cake, party hats, and dress-ups.“
And what a party it was! I love this classic cake shot. Happy birthday to Granny Giggles and Alice! I hope all of your birthdays will be just as fun as this one!

Yes it was a very happy day for all the Pugs at the wonderful Pug Family at Saffron on the Hill. Erin takes amazing photographs and the critters just adore her as well. Happy birthday to all, I know I cant wait to visit Melbourne and get some Puggle Cuddles lol
