I’m a hopeless romantic. I was totally smitten with this wedding as soon as I read the summary. I really can’t think of anything more romantic than a wedding on a beach , with just the bride, groom, and their dog. I love that this couple followed their hearts and had an intimate ceremony complete with formal attire and bare feet. I hope you enjoy these photos from Filda Konec Photography as much as I did.
From Filip and Mirka: “This was a beautiful intimate beach wedding with just the groom and bride and their best friend Woody. No cake, just a simple ceremony with a toast.
Woody celebrated his 5th birthday this March (2013). He lived with Jana in Syracuse, NY for the first two and half years and followed Jana’s heart to where it was taking her – down to the southernmost city Key West, FL to be with her future husband – Zbynek.
Woody is Jana’s (and Zbynek’s now too) whole life – she would do anything for him, his well being is Jana’s first concern – always. When Woody celebrated his birthday this year, Jana took him to the pet store and he was free to select toys and treats of his choice – the bill was close to $100. And Woody is a true ‘retriever’… there is nearly always a plush toy in his mouth.”
