Weddings are so special. Big or small, having a ceremony to celebrate the love between two people is something that seems to be universal. Traditionally, people invite their families and friends to share the joy. I love it when the couple includes their closest canine companion. I’m crazy about this wedding sent in by Kirstie Tweed of Orange Girl. Isn’t Gus an adorable wedding dog?
Gus is a five-year-old Yorkie Poo and is a huge part of Trisha and Josh’s life. Kirstie was more than happy to photograph Gus as she has a crush on him! (I’m sure Gus is used to having that effect on people.)I love that the teal in his collar matches Trisha’s shoes!Gus clearly loves to cuddle with the ladies. He’s also a guy’s guy and posed with Josh and the groomsmen.I don’t know if Gus made it to the reception, but the ice bar was named after him. Very cool!
I don’t think it could get any better as far as Gus is concerned!
Isn’t this the perfect wedding photo? Congratulations to Gus, Trisha and Josh! If you want to see more of this stylish wedding, check out Orange Girl’s blog.Find a pet-friendly photographer near you.

Oh how I love a couple that includes their dog on the wedding day. I’m a huge fan of Orange Girl’s photography, and I love love love that final portrait on the Vespa. Such a cute dog and darling couple!
I am with Alice – amazing photos, darling Gus, and the orange Vespa shot with blue shoes, blue socks, and Gus is perfect.
I can see why she developed a crush! I think I have too; such a cute little guy!
Thank you so much for your kind words. I feel lucky to have photographed such a stylish couple who are totally dedicated to and in love with their sweet dog. Oh Gus you stole my heart little man!
