One of the nicest guys I know, Brian Friedman, recently sent me some photos for an upcoming event and I couldn’t be more excited to feature them! The event is Rescue the Runway by Mr. Bones & Co. and it is presented by Eye5 Mktg. & Talent, Inc. Rescue the Runway is a unique music, fashion and adoption event benefiting local animal welfare and rescue groups.
The event is being held on May 15th in a beautiful space dedicated to the history of rescue, the New York City Fire Museum, a former brick and limestone firehouse dating back to 1904.
12 adoptable dogs will be taking the runway with their celebrity escorts. 103.5 KTU’s Cindy Vero will be hosting the event.
There will be an open bar, food tastings from NYC restaurants, silent auctions and raffles with some amazing donations.
After the dogs leave, there will be live music by Band Called Catch and a special performance by Tora Fisher.
All proceeds will be donated to Animal Haven, Second Chance Rescue, and Pibbles & More Animal Rescue, Inc.
