Stormy
Stormy is motivated by affection and loves to snuggle and play.
Spaz
Breed: Rat Terrier / Jack Russell Terrier Mix
Age: 3 years
Gender: Female
This little girl was left at the shelter when her family realized she was pregnant. She is half Jack Russell Terrier and half Rat Terrier. She is very good in the crate and walks well on a leash. So far she’s not had any accidents in the house either. Spaz’s puppies are in their new homes, so now it is time for her to have a forever home!
‘Hi! They call me Boots. Though to be honest, I love people so much I will respond to any kind words you have for me. Thankfully, I am now safe and happy in my foster home. There is a young dog that lives here, and we have lots of fun playing together. They also have three cats who are nice creatures too.
Yes, I said it – I like cats. Going for walks is the best. It feels so good to get out and stretch my legs. After some fresh air and exercise, I am happy to nap in my crate or on my dog bed; both are very comfy. It is fun to see my foster parents so excited that I know all the basic commands. What can I tell you, I am a people pleaser! If you are looking for a respectful, confident, walking, snuggling, greet you at the door with smiles that make my body wag canine companion – I Am Your Girl!’
Narnia
Narnia is one of our Hurricane Harvey rescues. She has adjusted very well to being in a loving home, she never chews up the furniture and rarely barks. This beauty is housebroken and knows the commands of sit and come. Narnia will keep you active; she loves to play fetch with her ball or go for a run (either on the leash or just in the yard). Afterward, Narnia likes nothing more than snuggling up and taking a nap. At 50 lbs, this sweetheart makes a great foot warmer for those cold winter nights!
She currently lives with a cat and two kids (8 and 10) and does well respecting a baby gate we use to create dog free areas. (Our cat wasn’t interested in making friends, although Narnia tried and is very well mannered toward her). Narnia is a happy girl who is loyal and eager to please. Come meet her and see if she is the companion you’ve been looking for.”

Only adoption in our house will not pay a breeder a penny and I pray daily that all in shelters will find homes as it is heart wrenching to see what is happening

These dogs are all so beautiful and sweet, I wish I could adopt them all myself! It’s wonderful when great photographers give their time & talent to help homeless pets in need. I hope all these dogs find great homes soon. I can’t believe Spaz was left at a shelter because she was pregnant – how cruel. Sharing.
