Puppy Love: Ginger

Hold on to your seats for a bit of adorableness, okay, make that a lot of adorableness.  We can’t get enough of this darling shoot submitted by Aisha Khan from Ama Photography.

Boston Terrier Ginger was only 9 weeks old for this shoot.

From Nina:  “In 2012 I  got a beautiful black and white Boston Terrier, her name is Roxy.  She is a very smart and obedient dog with lots of energy.  After deeply considering having a second dog for Roxy to play with, I decided to contact the breeder and see if she was going to have more puppies; she told me that one of her dogs was going to have some soon.   I knew I was in for sleepless nights more endless training…so my fiancé and I got the cold feet and decided not to get the puppy.   A few months later the breeder sent me pictures of the puppies and I saw Ginger and immediately fell in love!!!!!   I loved her red hair and markings.    The first night she came home, I didn’t sleep.  Unlike Roxy, Ginger is very vocal about what she wants and she will not stop crying until she gets what she wants (all she wanted to do was to sleep on the bed).   This lasted two weeks before she won the battle and convinced me to let her sleep on the bed with us (my fiancé, Roxy and me).

She is only four pounds,but this doesn’t stop her from climbing up the stairs, trying to jump on the couch, or jump off the bed…just name it, she has no fears…she is my little fire cracker!   Roxy and Ginger get along great, they enjoy wrestling for the same bone, napping together and enjoy chasing dead leaves in the backyard.”
