If you love dogs (which hopefully you do since you are here) and flowers, you’re going to love this dreamy styled shoot from My Sun & Stars. San Diego Wedding Photographer, Megan Lynn, teamed up with Botanica Muse for a gorgeous portrait session. Megan’s dogs, Nigel and Fox, modeled along with one of Megan’s friends and fellow dog enthusiast. Last but not least, I love her dress and floral accessories!
From Megan: “Nigel is a seven-year-old Border Collie Mix. He had a back surgery a couple of years back and so his mobility isn’t perfect. But he still loves running around and eating every grass blade in sight (even if it upsets his stomach.)
He’ll trick you into thinking that he hasn’t been fed yet- by begging whoever wasn’t the one to feed him. Nigel is from a shelter in Dallas. He was about six months old as his last owner gave him up.
Fox is the small brown one- he’s a three-year-old Beagle/Chihuahua.
He’s a morning dog (even when his humans definitely are not!) and loves to eat chapstick. Fox is an ‘aggressive cuddler’ where he’ll shove his face into your hand if for whatever reason you stop petting him. He was adopted at the Burbank Animal shelter when he was about six months old. His last owners neglected him and his family- to the point where a brother of his had the fur over his eyes matted shut so he couldn’t see. 
Fox had a bit of separation anxiety at first but got over that when he got his new brother- Nigel.
Both of them are rescues – and it’s how my boyfriend and I first met – at the dog park!

I love your pictures! They are beautiful! I am a total animal lover! I work from home and when I leave my Golden Doodle has a very rough time. Separation anxiety in animals is a very real thing!

The first photo totally reminds me of all the “farm dogs” lined up for a treat. Including our dogs, it was anywhere between 5 and 9 noses in anticipation.
