I think almost everyone has dreamed about living on a farm with a couple of dogs and horses. If you haven’t had that particular daydream, these photos from Alicia Hite Photography might inspire you. A lot of people think that outdoor photos should take place in warm weather, but late fall and winter can be lovely too!
From Alicia: “Megan and Weston are dear friends of our for a long time know. Let’s just say they have been married for seven years and high school sweethearts for fifteen years. They have not had their family photographed since their wedding. It was way overdue. So, when we got the call to come out to Megan’s family farm and photograph them… BOY, were we beyond excited! Truth is I have heard nothing but amazing things about this beautiful farm… from horses to the land! Their sweet puppies Teddy the Cockapoo and Lacey the Jackapoo love to run free along with the horses on all that acreage! Old Theo the Appaloosa taught a lot of children how to ride! This was a sweet family session that I couldn’t wait to photograph.”

Wow! Beautiful property, and beautiful family. When we told people we had moved to the country so our dogs could have more space, they automatically assumed we had big dogs. Obviously, little dogs appreciate a good run, too!
