Life can be a whirlwind. It is easy to get so caught up in living, that we forget to appreciate the things that matter most. I’m a huge fan of lifestyle photography because I think it helps you to reflect on what you love now. And later, it can bring back so many important memories.
From Mandy: “Amanda brought her two rescue dogs, Sailor Boy (who is a five-year-old lab/hound mix) and Ellie Blue (who is a five-year-old pit/Dalmatian/border collie mix.)
Ellie Blue and Amanda have matching gorgeous blue eyes.
Amanda wanted to give her parents a thank you and so she invited them as well as their 12.5-year-old chocolate Lab, Scarlett.
And Scarlett may have given me an open mouth kiss while I was photographing the other two and wasn’t paying attention to her.
We did the shoot at one of my favorites, Harlinsdale Farm. Such a sweet, fun family – I really loved working with them!”

I make sure I give Cookie at least 3 hours out of my day every day. Life is short, particularly dog’s life.
