There is something about Labradors that make people happy. Labradors have been one the most popular breeds in the US for as long as I can remember. One look at Marley’s smiling face and its easy to see why so many people are devoted to the breed. Marley had her photo session with Paw Prints-Pet Portraits By Charlene.
From Charlene: “This was a casting call session (because I was renting a lens I wanted to try on non-paying clients) and wound up being one of my best mini-sessions to date! Marley was so expressive and sweet, and her brother Dodger even got in on a shot. “
From Blythe: “Marley is a purebred yellow lab. She is 1 and 1/2 years old. She has been with us since she was 8 weeks old.
She is such a joy! It is so hard to summarize her as her personality is huge! Marley is the funniest dog I have ever met! She makes my husband and I crack up daily. She is also very loving and very friendly. She loves meeting ALL dogs and ALL people. She will shower both in endless kisses! (If you want them or not!) She is the world’s worst cuddler and she snores, but we love her!
Marley is also a Canine Good Citizen. We are very proud of her for this!
Dodger is a black lab, boxer mix. He is about a year old. He is a rescue from Belmont County Animal Shelter in Ohio. He has been a part of our family for 8 months now. He is so wonderful! He completely stole our hearts when we went to meet him, including Marley’s! He used to be an anxious little guy, but he has grown to be so handsome and the perfect gentleman! He is so gentle with everyone. He also is an energetic guy who loves to chase all the squirrels and bunnies in our back yard! He also teases and wrestles his big sister. He is the world’s best cuddler and he doesn’t snore which we love! He eventually will be a Canine Good Citizen like his sister.
We take them everywhere dogs are allowed. They love going for long walks, chasing balls and sticks, playing in their own kiddy swimming pool and taking long naps. I usually talk about them too much and post too many adorable pictures of them on Facebook, but I really can’t help it!
Charlene did amazing work with them. Dodger was still very new with us which is why he only made it in one picture. He was still working on his listening and sitting.”
