I love a pair of dogs that are mismatched in size and these two even have rhyming names! Sarah Heidinger from SH Photography sent in these photos.
From Kristin: Jack is a 6 year old Chihuahua/Fox Terrier mix. I rescued him from a farm in the middle of the country outside of Rochester, New York where he was living in a cold basement with his brothers and sisters.
Jack suffers from small dog syndrome in that he loves to play with animals of all sizes and often forgets that he is a little guy, coming in just under 6lbs. Jack enjoys snuggling under the covers, getting his belly rubbed, chasing squirrels and getting his custom blow out after his baths. Jack is my best friend and I would be lost with out him. Mack is a 5 year old Boxer.
Mack is the biggest lover in the world. He is bonding with the new grandchildren in the family, offering up kisses to them whenever they visit. Mack is a gentle giant, he loves going for his hikes outside, sleeping in his human’s king sized bed, tearing apart his chew toys and begging for table scraps. Mack loves to sit on our laps, even though he is nearly 80lbs, and wants all of the attention in the house. Mack and Jack make a great pair, as you can imagine; always on guard making sure the cats stay in line and everyone has a snuggle buddy on those cold winter nights.
