Happy Tails: Lulu

I just can’t get enough of this happy dog’s smile!  Lulu was photographed by Terran Bayer of Westway Studio last spring and I’m so excited to share her and her awesome family!

From Terran:  “Lulu is a beautiful 7.5-month old Siberian Husky with one blue eye and one green eye. She is a very happy, very loved pup.  Our session started at a park near Lulu’s house. She loved visiting all the ducks, geese, and other feathered friends around the park’s big lake. Most of all, though, she loved being with her mom and dad, out on a fun, new adventure!

After the park, we headed back to Lulu’s house. She showed me her favorite toys, including a red tug and a tennis ball she loves to chase. Lulu also showed me one of her famous tricks, a fist-bump with her dad!

Lulu’s mom and dad are both in the military, so Lulu wanted to be sure I captured her family’s patriotic spirit. Lulu’s mom had a GREAT idea for a photo of them, standing in their camo pants, with her dad in blue on Lulu’s side with the blue eye and her mom in green on the side with the green eye. Lulu wanted to be sure she showed her spirit, too, with her American flag tennis ball.

After all our play time outside, Lulu headed inside and up to her parents’ room. She hopped right up on the bed and posed for a few shots until she couldn’t keep her eyes open a moment longer. She fought off her sleepiness as long as she could — being a puppy model is fun! — but eventually she closed her eyes, and took a little nap. Now that’s the sign of a successful photo shoot!
